• The exam and voucher you're enquiring about or purchasing
• Payment confirmation details (e.g. a UPI transaction reference) needed to verify your order
• Any other information you choose to share with us during the conversation

We do not run tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this website beyond what's needed to load fonts, icons and the map.

2. How we use your information

• To quote, process, and deliver the exam voucher you've requested
• To keep you updated on your order status
• To maintain basic records for accounting and GST compliance
• To improve our service based on genuine candidate feedback

3. Sharing & disclosure

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share only the minimum details necessary with the exam body or voucher-issuing partner required to generate your code, or with authorities where legally required.

4. Payments

Edu Swift never stores your card details, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Payments are made directly through your own UPI app or bank transfer, and we only ever ask for a transaction reference to confirm receipt.

5. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary, functional elements — no third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set by us.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect the information you share with us. That said, no method of transmission over WhatsApp, email, or the internet is ever completely secure, and we encourage you to avoid sharing sensitive financial credentials with anyone, including us.

We retain order-related information for as long as necessary to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations, after which it is discarded safely.
